What Does the following Urine Test Result Mean?

I have been given doxycycline 200 mg twice a day and am still on the med. My recent tests today show hyaline casts in urinalysis (never had these before except once): 3 (range 0-1) I also had on CBC Monocytes 8.5 (range up to 8.0 only) Eosinophils 7.7 (range up to 8.0 only) (always before have been below 3 or 4 on my count) I m wondering what could cause this. Thank you.

Hello
Based on your reports and query my opinion is
1. Urine findings of hyaline casts can occur in the setting of urinary tract infection.
2. If you are asymptomatic then it is insignificant.
3. Eosinophils and monocyte counts are well within normal limits. Not to worry.
4. If you continue to have symptoms, get a urine culture sensitivity done
